I’m Emily Reese, a certified French pastry cook. I teach pastry fundamentals and believe anyone can design desserts instead of reproducing them.
I’m French-American and live in Paris.
I come from a relatively well-known chocolate family and grew up surrounded by sweets. I’ve spent years developing my own taste and tricks, and now I’m happy to share them with you!
